yawA Ireland
.yawA was built to help people unwind and find the beauty around them. We were taught to appreciate experiences over material items and that, in many ways is the reason .yawA was born. That is also one of the reason Ireland is so special to us. The hospitality is second to none and the views of the cascading fields and rolling hills are hard to match. It never gets old, even though it’s ancient.

Downpatrick
Downpatrick is a small town about 21 mi south of Belfast, in the north of Ireland, Downpatrick locAtion is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. The history of Ireland starts here and so should your Ireland adventure. Downpatrick and the people in it represent the ideology of true Irish hospitality. Whether you are grabbing a sandwich at Hanlons, getting a Mani/pedi at No10 day spa, or going in for dinner and a pint at Denvir’s, every individual interaction will make you feel like the people here are family.

In addition to the legacy of being home to St.Patrick himself, Downpatrick is also known for its unique landscape. The rolling hills, which are often described looking like a “basket of eggs”, were created during the glacial period. This topography can be viewed in all its glory at the top of St. Patrick’s monument.

Other ways to take in the beauty of Northern Ireland, include enjoying the local towns of Stangford, Killyleagh, and Belfast. Take a walk with the Strangford Bay Alpacas around the Strangford Lough, immerse yourself in the butterfly garden, enjoy classic Irish Hospitality at Mrs.C's Kitchen or stop in any of the local pubs.

With its location, Downpatrick serves as an ideal starting point for embarking on a journey through this picturesque island. While the stunning coastal route beckons with its dramatic cliffs and charming villages, Downpatrick's accessibility makes it equally easy to venture to renowned cities such as Dublin, Cork, Killarney, and Galway. Soak in the serenity of the coast, then seamlessly transition to exploring the dynamic cities that collectively define the Irish spirit and charm.

There is no shortage of historic sites to see, delectable dining to devour and authentic Irish experiences to embrace.
